Shareholder Meeting Notice NewMarket Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 23, 2026 at The Foundry Building, 500 Tredegar St., Richmond, VA 23219 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time. Directions to the annual meeting can be found in the proxy statement. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
