Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Moog Inc. will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The Annual Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting. In order to attend the Annual Meeting online, you must pre-register at register.proxypush.com/moga. You will need the control number at the top of this form to register. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email and an email approximately 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting to the email address you provided during registration with a unique link to the virtual meeting.

This communication presents only an overview of the more complete proxy materials that are available to you on the Internet. We encourage you to access and review all of the important information contained in the proxy materials before voting.
