The following call script was used by sales representatives of KORE Group Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“KORE”) in calls to certain customers of KORE on February 27, 2026.

Objective: To personally and proactively inform key customers of the transaction, reassure them of continuity, and reinforce the value of the partnership.

We are incredibly enthusiastic about this, as it marks a new chapter that will allow us to accelerate our long-term strategy and double down on our commitment to IoT innovation.

And [Customer Name], the main reason we're calling you directly is to assure you that from your perspective, it is business as usual. Nothing is changing about our relationship. Your services, contracts, and the account team you work with every day will all remain the same. Our commitment to your success is stronger than ever.

This move gives us more flexibility to invest in the next-generation connectivity and solutions that will directly benefit your business. By moving away from the short-term focus of the public markets, we can be even more dedicated to our long-term partnership and your long-term success.
