We are reaching out as a reminder to please VOTE YOUR SHARES in advance of our extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled on February 18, 2026 (the “EGM”). The four proposals being voted on at the EGM are described in the definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 2, 2026 (the “Proxy Statement”).
