The 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a Maryland corporation, will be held on Wednesday,

May 20, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. Eastern Time, virtually via the Internet at https://meetnow.global/HST.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. You may vote if you were a holder of

record of our common stock at the close of business on March 20, 2026.
