As we continue to move forward on the planned spin-off of our Cloud and Power Infrastructure business, we are pleased to share the Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) expected to lead both Flex and SpinCo as independent companies. These positions are expected to become effective following the completion of the transaction, anticipated to close in the beginning of 2027.

As we previously announced, Revathi Advaithi is expected to lead SpinCo and Michael Hartung is expected to lead Flex. Today, we’re excited to introduce the full leadership teams who are expected to stand beside them.
