The 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of FB Financial Corporation will be held on May 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., Central Time at 1221 Broadway, Suite 1300, Nashville, Tennessee 37203.

5.Approval of amendments to the Company’s amended and restated charter to eliminate supermajority voting standards; and

6.Ratification of the appointment of Crowe LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
