Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Employers Holdings, Inc. will be held at 5340 Kietzke Lane, Suite 202, Reno, Nevada on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
