	Items of business:			1. To elect nine directors to serve until the next annual meeting; 2. To ratify the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) as our independent auditor for 2025; 3. To approve, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation paid to our named executive officers; and 4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
