Adjusted EPS Growth	Net Earnings plus the following: amortization, restructuring expenses, acquisition-related inventory step-up charges, facility consolidation expense, net periodic pension benefit other than service costs, one-time restructuring costs, and income tax effect of pre-tax adjustments, with the result divided by shares outstanding.
