NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., will be held online on June 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting, which will be conducted via live webcast. We are utilizing a virtual-only meeting format in order to leverage technology to enhance stockholder access to the Annual Meeting by enabling attendance and participation from any location. We believe that the virtual-only meeting format will give stockholders the opportunity to participate fully and equally, and without cost, and to exercise the same rights as if they had attended an in-person meeting. You may attend and participate in the meeting by visiting www.meetnow.global/M75QLG2, where you will be able to vote electronically and submit questions prior to and during the meeting. The purposes of the Annual Meeting are the following:

to elect two directors to our board of directors, each to serve as a Class II director until the 2029 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successor has been duly elected and qualified, or until such director’s earlier death, resignation or removal;

to ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026;

to approve, on a non-binding, advisory basis, the compensation of our named executive officers; and

to transact any other business properly brought before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment or postponement of the Annual Meeting.
