Virtu Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to make a presentation to investors and industry participants (the “Presentation”) a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company expects to use the Presentation at a virtual discussion hosted by Piper Sandler in conjunction with the FIA Boca conference on March 18, 2021 at 2:45 p.m. ET, and from time to time thereafter in connection with presentations to investors and potential investors, clients and potential clients, industry analysts and others.
