Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 9, 2023, Scott Rechler, a director of View, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of RXR Realty, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
