Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 11, 2024, Brian Crowley gave notice of his resignation as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration of Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), effective February 2, 2024. Mr. Crowley served as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Our board of directors has initiated a search process for a new principal accounting officer. Mr. Crowley will continue to assist the Company through February 2, 2024 in order to ensure a successful transition.
