Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 7, 2021, the board of directors of Shineco, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated Ms. Ou Yang as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. The Company is currently in the process of selecting a new Chief Executive Officer, and will file a subsequent Current Report on Form 8-K when the selection is made.
