On November 20, 2025, the board of directors of Red River Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the dividend declaration is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
