On July 15, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the acquisition of 4,938 $TAO tokens for $1.65 million, using proceeds from the $7.5 million financing announced in our Current Report on Form 8-K file with the SEC on June 6, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
