On July 29, 2025, Norfolk Southern Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting second-quarter results for 2025, as well as its Quarterly Financial Data for the second quarter of 2025 and an earnings presentation regarding second-quarter results for 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, a copy of the Quarterly Financial Data is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and a copy of the earnings presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.3, each of which is incorporated by reference herein.
