Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 27, 2026, NexMetals Mining Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting reports assay results from an additional three drill holes successfully intersecting high-grade mineralization at the Selebi North Underground deposit. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
