Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 17, 2022, Wes Lobo, Chief Commercial Officer of Nephros, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he is resigning his employment with the Company, to be effective no later than September 30, 2022.
