Regulation FD.

On May 4, 2022, Muscle Maker, Inc. (the “Company”) released its Franchise Disclosure Document for its wholly owned subsidiary, Poke Co Holdings, LLC (“Poke”) which included the unaudited financial statements for Poke as of March 31, 2022 and for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and the audited financial statements for Poke as of and for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 (the “Poke Financial Statements”). A copy of this the Poke Financial Statements is incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
