On July 21, 2025, MicroStrategy^® Incorporated d/b/a Strategy^™ (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, subject to market and other conditions, it intends to conduct an initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock.
