Other Events.

On June 5, 2024, MasTec, Inc. (“MasTec”) issued a press release announcing that IEA Energy Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MasTec, has commenced a cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 6.625% Senior Notes due 2029 and the solicitation of consents to adopt amendments to the related indenture. Such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
