Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 19, 2025, Luke Mansfield provided LiveWire Group, Inc. (the “Company”) notice of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company effective at the close of business on December 31, 2025. We thank Mr. Mansfield for his contributions to the Company during his tenure.
