Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 16, 2021, Kindred Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 and recent business developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
