Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 8, 2026, Jamf Holding Corp. (the “Company”) and Elizabeth Benz, the Company’s Chief Sales Officer, agreed that Ms. Benz would depart the Company effective January 31, 2026.
