Item 2.03

Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

Extension of the Termination Date

On September 4, 2024, Globalink Investment Inc. (the “Company”) deposited an aggregate of $60,000 (the “Extension Payment”) into the trust account of the Company for its public stockholders, representing $0.0234 per public share, which enables the Company to further extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month (the “Extension”) from September 9, 2024 to October 9, 2024 (the “Termination Date”). The Extension is the fifteenth extension since the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering on December 9, 2021, and the tenth of up to twelve extensions permitted under the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended, currently in effect.

A press release describing the Company’s decision to effect the Extension is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
