On March 10, 2026, Global Indemnity Group, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release and held a conference call announcing the Company’s financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
