ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On March 15, 2021, Fuel Tech, Inc. ("Fuel Tech” or the “Registrant”) issued a press release which contained, among other things, an announcement of Fuel Tech's financial results for fourth quarter and for the full year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
