Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 28, 2026, Freshworks Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Ryan Manning has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, effective as of August 10, 2026. In this role, Mr. Manning will oversee the Company's global product and engineering functions.
