Other Events.

On March 10, 2025, Entergy Mississippi, LLC (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement for the sale of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its First Mortgage Bonds, 5.80% Series due April 15, 2055 (the “Bonds”). The sale of the Bonds closed on March 13, 2025. The Bonds were offered pursuant to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-266624-03), which became effective upon filing.
