Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 6, 2024, CoreCivic, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 and updating full year guidance for 2024. A copy of the release is furnished as part of this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time (9:30 a.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
