ITEM 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers

On March 23, 2021, The Buckle, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that at its March 22, 2021 quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Brady M. Fritz to the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary effective immediately. Ms. Fritz was hired by the Company on December 10, 2018 and has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since that time.
