Announcing S-3 shelf registration statement and Proposed Public Offering

On March 30, 2021, the Company issued a press release entitled “Boston Omaha Corporation Announces Proposed Public Offering of Class A common stock,” announcing that it had filed an S-3 Shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and launched a proposed public offering of its Class A common stock. The full text of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The press release was also simultaneously filed on the Company’s website.
