Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Today, Block, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Arnaud Weber, the Company’s Engineering Lead, departed the Company on June 5, 2026. The engineering organization will report directly to Jack Dorsey, our Block Head, following Mr. Weber’s departure.
