Item 8.01

Other Events.

On November 25, 2024, Aptiv PLC (the “Company” or “Aptiv”), announced that it intends to redeem for cash the entire €700 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 1.500% Euro-Denominated Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The Notes are redeemable at a redemption price equal to 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus any interest accrued and unpaid thereon to the redemption date. The redemption is expected to occur on December 10, 2024.
