On March 22, 2021, 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. issued a press release providing a business update and announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2020. A copy of such release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
