On March 4, 2021, ACRES Commercial Realty Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release and detailed presentation regarding its operating results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of this press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the earnings presentation is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.2 as well as made available on the Company’s website at acresreit.com.
