Other Events

On February 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of CBM Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The special cash dividend is payable to the Company’s stockholders of record as of March 5, 2021, and is expected to be paid on March 19, 2021.
