Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

Explanatory Note

This Registration Statement on Form8-A is being filed by Precision Drilling Corporation (the "Company"), with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the dual listing of its common shares (the "Common Shares"), with NYSE Texas, Inc. (the "NYSE Texas") under the trading symbol "PDS." The Common Share are currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PDS.

For a description of the Common Shares to be registered hereunder, reference is made to the information set forth under the heading "Capital Structure - Common Shares" in the Company's annual information form filed as exhibit 99.1 to the Registrants Annual Report for the year ended in December 31, 2024 on Form 40F (File No. 001-14534) filed with the Commission on March 10,2024 which information is incorporated by reference herein.
