Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered

The titles of each class of securities to be registered hereby are: (i) “4.803% Callable Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2032” (the “2032 Notes”) and (ii) “5.420% Callable Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2037” (the “2037 Notes” and, together with the 2032 Notes, the “Securities”). The description of the Securities is incorporated by reference to the description that appears under the caption “Description of Debt Securities” in the Prospectus, dated as of April 24, 2025, included within the Registrant’s registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-286734) (the “F-3”), as supplemented by the information under the caption “Description of Notes” in the prospectus supplement dated March 16, 2026 and filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”).
