INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On April 3, 2026, Ms. Jiaxing Chang resigned as a director, member of the compensation committee, and Chief Financial Officer of XChange TEC.INC (the “Company”).

Ms. Jiaxing Chang resigned for personal reasons and has no disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
