On June 22, 2026, the Company submitted to the stock exchanges in India on which its equity shares are listed and the New York Stock Exchange (together, the “Exchanges”) its Sustainability Report. A copy of the letter to the Exchanges is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

The Sustainability Report, which forms a part of the Company’s Integrated Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025-26 (the “Integrated Annual Report”), is available on the Company’s website at https://www.wipro.com/investors/annual-reports/.

The Sustainability Report was sent by e-mail, as a part of the Integrated Annual Report, to holders of equity shares on June 22, 2026.
