Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

On October 1, 2025, (Charis) Phei Yen Ho resigned as the Chief Financial Officer WF Holding Limited (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Ho’s decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
