Resignation of Ms. Yumi Matsudaira

On February 9, 2024, Ms. Yumi Matsudaira (“Ms. Matsudaira”) notified Warrantee Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of February 9, 2024. Ms. Matsudaira has advised that her resignation was due to personal reasons and not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.

While the Company is looking for a full-time Chief Financial Officer to fill the vacancy created by Ms. Matsudaira’s resignation, Mr. Yusuke Shono, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, has been serving as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company since Ms. Matsudaira’s resignation.
