DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R and further to our announcement on 14 February 2025, Vodafone Group Plc's Chair Jean-François van Boxmeer is appointed Chair of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. which has announced completion of its demerger from Unilever PLC and official listing on Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
