On April 20, 2026, VersaBank issued a press release titled "VersaBank has begun receiving QCAD deposits under Stablecoin Custody Services Agreement and Congratulates Stablecorp on listing of QCAD on Kraken", a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K.
