General Meeting of Shareholders

On December 6, 2023, Venator Materials PLC (the “Company”) distributed a notice of general meeting (the “Notice of GM”) to be held at the offices of the Company at Titanium House, Hanzard Drive, Wynyard Park, Stockton-On-Tees, United Kingdom, TS22 5FD, on December 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, to the holders of the Company’s ordinary shares. The Notice of GM is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
