On or about August 15, 2023, Venator Materials PLC (the “Company”) distributed a notice of general meeting (the “Notice of GM”) to be held at the offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, 601 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10022, on August 31, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to the holders of the Company’s ordinary shares. The Notice of GM is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
