On February 4, 2026, Vantage Corp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it restructures its I.T. business and assets to a newly incorporated Singapore subsidiary, Hadō Pte Ltd. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
